Returns & Exchanges

To maintain the authenticity of our brand, Returns and Exchanges are not accepted on jewelry and handcrafted* items. With this in mind, please review product descriptions and inspect photos of merchandise before purchasing. 

If you have additional questions about an item or would like to see more detailed pictures, please reach out to us. We would be happy to assist you!

Returns on articles of clothing may be accepted within 7 days of receiving merchandise, as long as the item remains in its original condition. 

You must the cover shipping costs on the item when you ship it back.

Exceptions and restrictions may apply.

*If one of our handcrafted items breaks, depending on the situation, we may be able to fix it!

Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow up to 5 business days (M-F) for order processing and packing! Custom orders may require extra time. 

Orders ship out once a week. Tracking number included.

If you did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, please contact us.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise once it leaves our possession. 

Please make sure your address and personal information is correct at check out! If you notice you made a mistake, please e-mail us within 48 hours with any corrections. Please note: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a new label must be printed, so you must cover the additional shipping cost.

We're thrifty!

At Mystic Thrift, we sell a variety of upcycled, handcrafted, new, re-purposed, & re-thrifted jewelry and clothing. We often hand-picked finds from thrift shops, crystal shops, swap meets, gift stores, and other retailers. While we strive to always find you the best quality items, we are a thrift store! Low-priced items are usually not guaranteed long-term use. Due to the secondhand nature of some of our merchandise, very few items may have expected wear and tear.  To ensure lifelong use, items are to be treated with care. Take extra precaution with natural elements, i.e. crystal jewelry and corkscrew glass bottles. It is typically not recommended to wet any kind of jewelry that is not solid gold/ sterling silver.

It is our promise to never sell items that are in unsatisfactory condition.

We love being able to provide affordable fashion. We also take pride in creating authentic art and collecting only the most unique pieces we come across. All ranging in rarities, qualities, and materials. We price accordingly!

All crystal jewelry and spiritual crafts are cleansed, blessed with intention, and supercharged with healing energy before being passed on to its rightful owner.  All original artifacts and spiritual crafts are made with love, for your divine guidance and protection.

Due to the energetic nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns on crystal jewelry or crafts.
